3.3 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of OSINT services complies with their own legal and regulatory obligations. Clients must not request services for unlawful purposes.

4. Engagement Terms

4.1 Contract Formation

Services are provided under individual engagement agreements. Each engagement defines scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. No services are provided without a signed agreement.

4.2 Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client engagements, research subjects, and deliverables. Confidentiality terms are specified in engagement agreements.

4.3 Conflicts of Interest

We assess potential conflicts of interest prior to engagement. We will not accept engagements that present material conflicts with existing or prior client relationships.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables, reports, and analysis produced under engagement agreements are the property of the client upon full payment. The OSINT Room retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, tools, and processes.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

6.1 Source Limitations

OSINT research is subject to the availability, accuracy, and completeness of publicly accessible sources. We cannot guarantee the detection of all relevant information or the accuracy of third-party sources.

6.2 No Warranties

Services are provided "as is" based on available information at the time of research. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any deliverable.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The OSINT Room's liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Standard terms include an upfront deposit and balance upon delivery. Late payments may incur interest charges.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the engagement agreement. Early termination fees and deliverable obligations are defined in individual contracts.

9. Compliance with Laws

We conduct all research in compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to: GDPR, EU AML Directives, sanctions regulations, and data protection laws of relevant jurisdictions.

Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with their regulatory obligations, including proper documentation for AML/KYC purposes and appropriate authorization for enhanced due diligence.

10. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use our services for:

• Unlawful purposes or activities
• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Discrimination or unfair treatment
• Circumventing legal or regulatory requirements
• Any purpose that violates individual privacy rights
